Leatherface serves up flavorful tacos at Sonora Bakery on Whittier Blvd. at 1PM on Jan. 3 to the numerous people in attendance.
The lively ladies of 93.9FM were masters of ceremony with music and giveaways of posters, horror DVDs, Texas Chainsaw 3D t-shirts, Texas Chainsaw 3D Candles, and passes to attend Texas Chainsaw 3D in theaters.
Anticipating the free tickets to see Texas Chainsaw 3D in theaters the crowed gathered around the announcers tables to see who the lucky winners would be. Eager people participated in fast paced games to win the free movie passes having to be quick to answer questions posed by the high spirited hosts. Many different people won a variety of prizes from the raffle giveaway 93.9FM held.
Even the employees of Sonora Bakery had the opportunity to join in and win in the raffle. The crowed gathered on the sidewalk in front of Sonora Bakery located at 4484 E. Whittier Blvd. in Los Angeles right off the 710 freeway. The sweet bread smelled delicious and one of their employees, Daniel, said they make sweet bread in many different styles like Mexican sweet bread, Salvadorian, and many others.
Tacos La Doña food truck served up many different meat tacos, asada(steak), pollo(chicken), asuero(steak brisket) al pastor(marinated stead), lengua(tongue), tripas(guts), and cabeza(head). They smelled great an tasted delicious. It was no shock how crowded the food truck was after having tasted a few if the tacos.
The MCs of 93.9FM handed out Texas Chainsaw 3D posters, both small and large, to the remaining few that stayed to the end if the event.
