ZOOKEEPER was a cute movie people. Definitely something you can take the whole family to see. It’s pretty much about this guy – Griffin (Kevin James) who thinks he’s met the love of his life…one day he decides to propose to her…what does she say? NOOOOOOOO! Which totally devastates him. A couple of years go by and one night at zoo party (see, he’s a zookeeper) while receiving an award – he sees in the crowd…Stephanie (Leslie Bibb) the girl who dumped him!!! Now all the feelings start coming back…and this is where it gets a little crazy. While Stephanie is telling her b/f the real deal on why it didn’t work…and after seeing him that night – - – she still has feelings…GUESS WHO HEARS THIS? The animals. Yep – the animals decide to put a plan into action and help Griffin get the girl of his life…teaching HIM how to get a girl. Oh yeaahhh! (LOL) But…there’s one slight problem…Griffin doesn’t know the animals can talk…well, not yet. Once the animals start talking – - – it gets crazy.

Oh, did I mention the best part of the movie? SEXY Rosario Dawson’s in the movie. She just keeps getting hotter and hotter! (LOL) She actually plays Griffin’s friend in the movie – as some vet. Who cares what she does…she hot! (LOL) Ok Ok and for the ladies…they got New Kid’s on the Block, Donnie Wahlberg in it to…not sure if you’re going to like him though. I know I didn’t!

ZOOKEEPER had some great ‘voice’ stars…Cher, Nick Nolte, Adam Sandler, and even SYLVESTOR STALLONE. Like I said, it’s a dope family movie. I’m glad I didn’t pass on this one. It’s still playing in theaters – so check your local listings! WORD

I give ZOOKEEPER… 3 out of 5 POPCORNS!

There were quite a few gut wrenching laughs in Zookeeper I would have to say but there were a few eye rolling moments too. Kevin James is always best when he has physical comedy to do. I just hope he doesn’t hurt himself one of these days doing some of the risky stunts he does. My kids were begging me to rent a movie and honestly I’m reluctant most of the time because most of them aren’t appropriate for my kids. I’m a very strict parent when it comes to what they watch but when I saw Zookeeper on my employee DISH Network receiver I rented it because I heard good things about it. I always rent in HD because we have a big TV and DISH always has the best quality HD available. The HD is free for life too for qualifying customers which always impresses me when I think about it.
