Comic-Con 2011 was VERY good to me this year…it was Christmas in July…let’s start off with MIZZ @OliviaMunn. She used to host Attack of the Show…well, let me tell you how I got this picture. According to @CriscoKidd…he was walking around and ‘thought’ she looked familiar (see, he knows nothing of cool TV and movies) – apparently no one was talking to her…he walked up to her…introduced himself and asked if he could take a picture. Once HE got it – HE says he started a picture taking frenzy! He then ran back to me and showed me the photo – I was like, “WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET THIS?” – he grabbed my arm and pulled me to the location…and there she was… with flashes going off like crazy. We jumped into 911 mode and figured out a plan. He pushed me in front of her…and with lightning speed…I said these words, “OLIVIA, I JUST RAN OUT MY BOOTH, CAN I GET A PICTURE??” – Now, I think she whispered – ‘I love you Mike’…but…I’m not 100% sure…that’s still a blur…and BAM! I got the photo.

Next…my good friend FRANKIE J…yep, the super star singer – as soon as @CriscoKidd saw and pointed him out to me – I pulled him into the booth. I had to put him on the spot – - it’s like tradition for us. I found a girl who’s birthday it was…and MADE him sing to her…his classic track, “Happy Birthday.” Ok, I know it’s not his song…but he sings it oh so well…(LOL) Thanks Frankie for being a trooper and sorry for all the people who followed you for the rest of the day! (LOL)

Next…POW! Faizon Love…BIG PERM, BIG WORM was in the building. Faizon was hella cool…the whole booth saw him in the crowd…I shouted out to him (the mic is a powerful thing) and asked if he could come to the booth…but with all the people around him….there was noooo wayyy that was happening. THEN…I entered 911 MODE…jumped out the booth! I yelled, “BIG WORM…I’M COMING TO YOU!” – he yelled back, “COME ON!” I pushed my way through the crowd…very nicely…and snapped the photo. Thanks to the lovely lady who took it for me. High 5 to you!

NEXT…was the awesome, awesome-ness of Alison Haislip. Now, I was already in love with this girl…but after what she did at Comic-Con…I love her even MORE! The story goes like this – - I was rocking the mic at the Summit Ent. booth with @CriscoKidd…and BAM! I see her walking with her camera crew (she’s a busy girl)…I choked on a few words and finally got them out…”CRISCO, LOOK WHO IT IS! ALISON HAISLIP!” He agrees with me…(LOL)…Once again – he knows nothing of cool TV people….I then yell, “I LOVE YOU” and she says back…”I heart you 2″…oh man, that made my day. I then yelled (as she’s walking out of my eye ball range) – “COME BACK IF YOU CAN!”

…tick tock…tick tock…about 5-10 minutes go by…I look to my left…who’s standing there? ALISON HAISLIP! ”

“HEY, WASUP – I’M BACK.” – Alison

“OH MY LORD…WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? – Me

“I SAID I’D COME BACK…SO I’M BACK.” – Alison

*Crickets* – Me

I almost jump out the booth – when she stops me…”I SEE A DOOR THERE…I’LL JUST COME TO YOU.” – - oh man, she’s coming inside…I start throwing boxes out the booth – making a clean path for her…she walks in and BAM! I get the shot. One cool ass chick…a GIRL OF HER WORD.

Last but not least – Mr. Robert LaSardo…hella nic guy. Humble dude. @CriscoKidd saw him first and freaked out. I personally didn’t wanna bother him since he was with someone…but…Crisco was, “COME ON…ASK HIM.” So I did…and we go the photo AND an autograph!

I might not get all the free stuff there at Comic-Con…like the attendees…but meeting these folks…especially Alison. Made my week!
